Avibras announces that the company’s restructuring process is progressing steadily, in alignment with ongoing negotiations with the Workers’ Union, whose actions have been guided by dialogue and responsibility, and under the oversight of the competent authorities.

The conditions precedent for the resumption of operations are being met, including strategic purchases by the Brazilian Army and progress in the negotiation of the tax transaction. 

The central condition for the consolidation of this process is the participation of the Federal Government. The alternatives for this participation have already been discussed within the Government in recognition of Avibras’s strategic importance to national sovereignty and to the Defence Industrial Base.  The implementation of this stage is underway, aiming at building a sustainable and long-term solution.

Avibras is confident that the resumption of activities will consolidate a significant advance for workers, for the national defence industry, and for the country's sovereignty.
