Technology and manufacturing capacity

As a result of a bold and enterprising project, Avibras’ armoured vehicles manufacturing complex has 18 thousand square meters. The plant is home to the following areas: Manufacturing of Special Vehicles (Mechanical, Electronics and Integration); and Projects and Vehicle Engineering, Technical Documentation, Quality Assurance and inert and chemical Warehouses.

With the objective of increasing productivity, manufacturing capacity and technological potential of the company, the facility located in Jacareí, which already is the largest industrial plant of ammunition and missiles of Latin America, has also become the most modern armored unit on wheels of Brazil.

The plant develops and implements efficient and innovative solutions in the production of special vehicles, mainly for military application.

The company is able to offer solutions in the field of automation and industrial logistics, port automation, loading and handling of containers, road and rail transport systems and multimodal systems integration.
