Avibras Indústria Aeroespacial S.A., under judicial reorganization, filed a legal notice on Thursday, 30 October 2025, addressed to SIATT Engenharia, Indústria e Comércio S/A, a company closely linked to the EDGE Group of the United Arab Emirates, and its directors, due to indications of misuse of its intellectual property.

With this initiative, Avibras seeks to safeguard its rights, its technological legacy, and the public interest linked to national sovereignty, values that have guided its more than six decades of work in favour of technological autonomy and the strengthening of the Brazilian Defence Industrial Base.

Avibras reaffirms its commitment to transparency, ethics and legality, fundamental pillars that underpin its business and institutional activities.
