Avibras informs that the Creditors' Meeting, within the scope of the company's Judicial Recovery process, scheduled for this Thursday, April 10, has been suspended and will be resumed on May 13, at 12 noon. On the new date, an alternative recovery plan may be presented by interested creditors, as decided by the meeting itself.

We would like to stress that the process of the investor joining the company is ongoing. Although we recognize that the process is not proceeding at the expected speed, all those involved remain committed to its conclusion.
