This month, Avibras signed a memorandum of understanding with Excalibur International, from the Czech Republic, with a focus on partnerships for the development and manufacture of advanced defence equipment, as well as enabling the companies to participate in Brazilian Armed Forces projects such as the Brazilian Army's VBCOAP 155mm SR. This project involves the acquisition of 155mm wheeled self-propelled howitzer armored combat vehicles within the Strategic Armored Forces Army Program (Prg EE F BId).
