Avibras' recovery plan was approved by the Judiciary on Monday, February 19. The next step is for it to be published in the Diário Oficial do Estado (DOE). From there, the execution of the plan and the deadlines within the scope of the company's Judicial Recovery process will begin.

This is an important moment in the company's economic and financial restructuring process, which will give the company new prospects, including obtaining credit from financial institutions and development organizations.
