Avibras informs that as of this date, Defendtex was not able to fulfill certain conditions precedent required to close a transaction. Nonetheless, the company continues supporting Defendtex’s efforts, without exclusivity.

Company remains committed to find a solution to its situation, and has now reinitiated negotiations with other interested parties, including with investors that have recently showed interest in a potential transaction.
